Flashing Procedure:

Reboot into recovery (TWRP 3.0 recommended)
Select �Wipe�
Then select �Advanced wipe�
Tick �Cache�, � Dalvnik Cache,�Data� and �System� and swipe
Then go back and select �Format Data�
Type �yes� and swipe
Then select �Install� and choose the ROM.zip and swipe
When the installation finished wipe cache and dalvnik cache again
